INGERSOLL’S ATTRACTIONS
Victoria park
Ingersoll’s first park established in 1869. It was known formerly as town park, but on the town’s Queen’s Birthday Celebration, it was named Victoria. This park lies adjacent to Centennial Park and is home to the Victoria Park Community Recreation Centre.
Soldiers’ Carroll Memorial Park
Each July the Park is the main venue for the annual Canterbury Folk Festival, with the main stages, seating area, beverage tents, and craft vendors.
Ingersoll cheese and agriculture museum
The Ingersoll Cheese & Agricultural Museum shares this story from 1866 along with other interesting tales about the Town of Ingersoll.
